White Laurel Estate's Micro Wedding package is designed for couples who want a beautiful, well-executed celebration — without the investment of a full Saturday event. Everything is handled. You just show up and enjoy it.

- Catering by Tam's Backstage — 1 entrée buffet, 2 sides, salad, rolls, sweet tea, lemonade & water

- Bartender package — 1 bartender, 1 off-duty officer, ice, cups, soft drinks & liability insurance ($750 value)
- Reception DJ — 4 hours ($1,150)
- 2-tier cake estimate — $300
- Planning & day-of coordination — $800 (2 meetings + day-of)
- Additional guests: $45/person + tax

Adds a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and a second entrée to your dinner buffet. Salad, rolls, two sides, sweet tea, lemonade & water — fully upgraded service from Tam's Backstage.
If your guest count reaches 75 or more, the full planning & coordination fee of $1,625 is required in place of the base $800 rate.
If no alcohol is being served, event liability insurance ($175) is required separately. Guest counts above the base may require an additional day-of coordinator charged by the hour. All vendors are paid by you directly.
