2025 Peak Season Venue Only Pricing

Monday-Thursday: 1 day access only with no cottages for $2,500.  Cottages can be added a la carte

Friday: 1 day access only with no cottages for $4,000.  Cottages can be added a la carte

Saturday:   1 day access only with no cottages for $7,000.  Cottages can be added a la carte

Sunday:  1 day access only with no cottages for $3,500.  Cottages can be added a la carte

Friday, Saturday and Sunday:  3 day venue access and including the cottages for 3 nights $11,000

Does not include the Insurance required of $175.

To use an outside caterer they must be licensed and insured and if using the kitchen there is a $300.00 charge

Cottages can be added if available - $900 for the first night for the three bedroom, $700 for each additional night.  $300 for the first night for the one bedroom, $200 for each addtional night.  The cottages are booked on a first come first serve basis.

2025 Off Season Venue Only Pricing (Jan, Feb, Jul, Aug)

Monday-Thursday:  1 day access only with no cottages for $2,500.  Cottages can be added a la carte

Friday: 1 day access only with no cottages for $3,500.  Cottages can be added a la carte

Saturday:   1 day access only with no cottages for $5,500.  Cottages can be added a la carte

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:  Packages with 3 day venue access and cottages for 3 nights $8,500.00
