Monday-Thursday and Sunday: 1 day access only with no cottages for $3,500. Cottages can be added a la carte

No Hidden Fees.
We do require event liability insurance which is included in the Bartending Package. The Insurance can be purchased separately if no Bartending Service is desired.
All packages are fully customizable and include the venue fee, these are example packages with our preferred vendors, you can use other vendors as long as they are licensed, insured and approved by the venue. If you are having alcohol at the rehearsal dinner and or at the reception you must have a licensed bartender, liability insurance and an off-duty police officer present the entire time while alcohol is being served. If no Alcohol is being served at the rehearsal dinner or reception you must purchase event liability insurance for $175. You must pay for the Planning and Day of coordination separately from the venue fee. Full Planning at $1625.00. Guest counts above the package base may very well require and additional day of coordinator charged by the hour. All vendors are to be paid by you directly. The packages are based on guest count, day of the week and month of the year. Credits are based on the average spend on items such as flowers. What you pay to the vendors can be more or less depending on what you select.

To use a caterer that is not Tam's BackStage they must be licensed, approved, and insured and if using the kitchen there is a $300.00 charge.
Cottages can be added if available - $900 for the first night for the three bedroom, $700 for each additional night. $300 for the first night for the one bedroom, $200 for each additional night. The cottages are booked on a first come first serve basis.

This price includes one day of venue access ($3,500). Cottages are not included in this price, but can be added at additional cost if available
This package is based on 50 guests (can add more, up to 180 total) & includes:
Venue Access Sunday from 8 AM through Sunday at 11 PM
1/2 hour ceremony, 3.5 hours reception, & 1 hour clean up
1 hour day-before rehearsal walk through
Min Planning and Day of Service which includes 2 - 2 hour in person planning meetings and 12 hours of Day of Service
The White Laurel - Includes Venue fee
- 2 Entree dinner buffet with 2 side dishes, salad, rolls, 2 Cocktail hour Hors d'oeuvres, tea, lemonade, Service Staff, Tables set for dinner including linens, paper napkins, and plastic dinnerware - ($80.88) per person including tax and gratuity for 50 guest with Tam's Backstage. $4,044. You can use another catering company as long as they are licensed and insured
- Catering is based on 50 guests which is the min guest count any less than 50 must check with Tam's for any change.

Offered at $23,697 for Venue and 100 guests on Saturdays
This price includes one day of venue access ($8,500). Cottages are not included in this price, but can be added at additional cost if available
Venue access Saturday from 8 AM through Saturday at 11 PM
