We offer flexible wedding packages that ensure your day will be extraordinary.   Whether you are looking for an elegant affair, a casual party, or a small wedding, White Laurel Estate offers packages to fit every theme and style.  Let us help you build and have an Epic Party.  We can host up to 200 Guests.

Peak Season Venue Pricing - Does not Include Planning and Day of Coordination fee

Basic Planning for $600 and Full Planning for $1625.00

Monday-Thursday: 1 day access only with no cottages.  Cottages can be added a la carte $2,500

Friday: 1 day access only with no cottages.  Cottages can be added a la carte $5,500

Saturday: 1 day access only with no cottages.  Cottages can be added a la carte $8,500

Sunday: 1 day access only with no cottages.  Cottages can be added a la carte $3,500

Friday and Saturday: 2 day venue access and including the cottages for 2 nights $11,000

Off Season Venue Pricing (Jan, Feb, Jul, Aug) - Does not Include Planning and Day of Coordination fee

Basic Planning at $600 and Full Planning at $1625.00

Rehearsal Dinner Pricing outside of the two day packages - ask for pricing




All below packages are customizable and include the venue fee, these are example packages with our preferred vendors, you can use other vendors as long as they are licensed, insured and approved by the venue.  If you are having alcohol at the rehearsal dinner and or at the reception you must have a licensed bartender, liability insurance and an off-duty police officer present the entire time while alcohol is being served.  If no Alcohol is being served at the rehearsal dinner or reception you must purchase event liability insurance for $175.  You must pay for the Planning and Day of coordination seperately from the venue fee.  Basic Plan at $600 and Full Planning at $1625.00



Three fully customizable packages to choose from:


1.  The White Laurel Package

Offers the Basics for 50 Guests and Venue on Sundays year round for $10,081. 

This price includes one day of venue access ($3,500). Cottages are not included in this price, but can be added at additional cost if available

This package is based on 50 guests (can add more, up to 200 total) for Sunday rental & includes:

Venue Access Sunday from 10 AM through Sunday at 10 PM

1/2 hour ceremony, 3.5 hours reception, & 1 hour clean up

1 hour day-before rehearsal walk through

The White Laurel is also offered Monday through Thursday year round for $9,606. In addition, other discounts are offered in Jan, Feb, July and Aug, which is off peak season.  Cottages can be added if available.

  • Bartender, ice, cups, assorted sodas, insurance, and police officer
  • Tables set for dinner including linens, paper napkins, and plastic dinnerware
  • Reception DJ
  • Credit for two tier wedding cake with cake cutting service ($300)
  • Planning and day of coordinator Basic Plan initial meeting at 60 days out, 30 days out, and day of Coordination for $600

  • Each Additional Guest $42 (plus tax and gratuity)




2.  The Rolling Hills Package

This package is based on 100 guests (can add more, up to 200 total) & includes: 

1/2 hour ceremony, 4.5 hours reception, & 1 hour clean up

1 hour day-before rehearsal walk through

Offered at $23,697 for Venue and 100 guests on Saturdays in Peak Season

This price includes one day of venue access ($8,500). Cottages are not included in this price, but can be added at additional cost if available

Venue access Saturday from 8 AM through Saturday at 11 PM

If you are interested in this package for single days other than Saturday, ask for pricing

Also available at $26,197 for Two Days and Nights with access to the Venue and cottages for Friday and Saturday in Peak Season

This price includes the two days of venue access ($11,000) and two nights of the one BR and three BR cottages for the following times:

Venue access all day and night Friday and until 11 PM on Saturday

Cottages from Friday at 10 AM through Sunday at 10 AM (two nights)

The venue can be used to host the Rehearsal Dinner on Friday night, in the two day packages, for an additional $500 set up and cleaning fee. We do require event liability insurance which is included in the Bartending Package. The Insurance can be purchased seperately if no Bartending Service is desired for $175


The Rolling Hills - One Day Example
